Pronto Account Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Pronto Portal (portal.prontosolucoes.pt) and of the Account you open on it. They comprise Part I, the Terms of Service for Clients that apply to the whole Platform, and Part II, the terms that apply specifically to your Account. Please read both carefully before you create an Account. If you have any questions, write to us at info@prontosolucoes.pt.
Part I — Terms of Service for Clients
1) Who we are
Pronto Soluções (“Pronto”, “we”) operates a platform for collecting, sorting, and forwarding requests for urgent home services, including plumbing, electricity, and drain cleaning, in Porto and surrounding areas (“Platform”).
Contact: info@prontosolucoes.pt
Company: SUKARIME KALIKIO, UNIPESSOAL, LDA
Address: Rua Oliveira Monteiro 722 3, Direito, Porto
Tax ID: 518331156
Definitions:
(a) “Client” or “you” means the person who submits a request on the Platform.
(b) “Technician” or “Partner” means the independent professional or company that may perform the service.
(c) “Request” means the request submitted by the Client, including description, location, urgency, and materials sent (e.g., photos).
(d) “Service” means the technical work performed by the Technician for the Client, including travel, diagnosis, and repair, when applicable.
(e) “Dispatch” means the operational confirmation of the Technician's travel, including the allocation of the Request to a Technician and/or the start of the travel.
(f) “Content” means reviews, texts, photos, videos, and other materials submitted by the Client.
For the purposes of these Terms, and in addition to the definitions above:
(g) “Portal” means the Pronto Portal available at portal.prontosolucoes.pt, including every page and function reached from it;
(h) “Account” means the personal account that a Client opens on the Portal, together with the portfolio of Properties, Requests, documents and settings associated with it;
(i) “Property” means a property, premises or address that the Client registers on the Portal or in respect of which the Client submits a Request;
(j) “Access Instructions” means the information that the Client records for a Property so that a Technician can enter it, such as the floor, the door, an entry code, an alarm, the location of keys, and the contact of the person who opens the door on site;
(k) “Reporting Link” means a private link, created from the Account for a Property, that allows a person without an Account to report a problem;
(l) “Privacy Policy” means the Pronto Portal Privacy Policy published at portal.prontosolucoes.pt/gestao/privacidade, which forms part of these Terms.
In these Terms, headings are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation; the singular includes the plural and vice versa; and the word “including” is to be read as “including, without limitation”.
Pronto does not perform repairs directly, unless expressly indicated otherwise under specific conditions. Pronto acts as an operational and referral facilitator, bringing Clients and Technicians closer together.
Are you a Technician? See the Terms for Partner Technicians.
2) Scope & Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of our website, forms, WhatsApp links, phone lines, and any portals (the “Platform”). By accessing, browsing, submitting an Order, communicating with us, or using the Platform, you accept these Terms.
Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy & Cookies Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Certain flows may have specific additional conditions (e.g., diagnostic fee, dial-up fee, cancellation rules). In case of conflict, the specific conditions presented to the Customer at the time of the Order or payment shall prevail, to the extent permitted by law.
By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts and that the information provided is true, complete, and up-to-date.
2.5 Form of acceptance. In addition to acceptance by use, a Client who creates an Account accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy by ticking the box provided for that purpose on the Account creation form. Pronto records the version of these Terms that was accepted and the date and time of acceptance. That record may be used as evidence of acceptance.
2.6 Documents forming the agreement. The agreement between Pronto and the Client in relation to the Portal consists of Part I and Part II of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any specific conditions presented in accordance with clause 2.3. If there is a conflict between Part I and Part II concerning the Account or the use of the Portal, Part II prevails.
2.7 Electronic form. These Terms, and any notice, consent or declaration given under them, may be concluded, given and stored in electronic form, which the parties accept as valid and as sufficient for all legal purposes.
3) Our role
- We advertise services, receive your request, perform basic operational screening, and provide you with a suitable technician based on area, type of service, availability, and other operational criteria.
- The service is performed exclusively by the technician, who sets the final price and assumes responsibility for quality, deadlines, materials, on-site safety, legal compliance, and invoicing to the client.
- As a general rule, Pronto is not a party to the service agreement entered into between the Client and the Technician, unless expressly and unequivocally indicated in specific service conditions.
- Pronto makes reasonable efforts to forward requests and facilitate contact, but does not guarantee continuous availability, immediate response, immediate dispatch of a technician, or a specific outcome.
3.5 Independence of Technicians. Technicians are independent professionals or companies. Nothing in these Terms, or in the use of the Platform, creates between Pronto and any Technician a relationship of employment, agency, partnership, joint venture or franchise, and no Technician has authority to bind Pronto or to make any representation on its behalf.
3.6 No endorsement. The fact that a Technician is referred through the Platform does not constitute a guarantee, certification or endorsement by Pronto of that Technician's qualifications, skills, work or conduct, beyond the operational screening described above.
3.7 Contract for the Service. The contract for the Service is concluded directly between the Client and the Technician, on the terms agreed between them, and any claim relating to the performance, quality, defects, guarantee or price of the Service is to be directed to the Technician, without prejudice to clause 9.2.
4) Budgets, prices & payments
4.1 Estimates and final price: prices indicated before the visit are non-binding estimates. The final price is confirmed by the Technician after evaluation and may vary depending on parts, access, complexity, urgency, installation status, and on-site conditions. The Technician must communicate relevant changes and obtain Client approval before starting any charged work.
4.2 Travel and/or diagnostic fee: a travel and/or diagnostic fee may apply even if the Customer does not proceed with the repair, according to the Technician's policy and/or the information provided at the time of the Request. When the Platform offers a diagnostic fee, it may indicate that this amount is deductible from the total Service only if this is clearly stated before payment.
4.3 Payments to the Technician: As a general rule, payments for the Service are made directly to the Technician, using the methods agreed upon by both parties. The Client should request proof of payment and, where applicable, an invoice/receipt directly from the Technician.
4.4 Payments available on the Platform: In certain cases, Pronto may offer online payment on the Platform (e.g., diagnostic fee, appointment deposit, or other agreed amount). In these cases: (a) processing is carried out by a payment service provider (Mollie); (b) payment confirmation may determine the scheduling, travel, or prioritization of service; (c) Pronto may receive and process transaction metadata (e.g., status, reference, method, amount, and date/time) for reconciliation, fraud prevention, and support.
4.5 Payment failures: If a payment made on the Platform fails, expires, or is reversed, the booking may be suspended, canceled, or rescheduled, and you may need to settle the payment before proceeding, to the extent permitted by law.
4.6 Diagnostic fee “non-refundable after dispatch”: when the Platform provides and the Client pays a travel/diagnostic fee (or equivalent amount) as a condition of scheduling/triage, this amount is, as a rule, considered consideration for the operational availability, triage, and travel of the Technician. Thus, once the “Dispatch” has occurred (allocation to Technician and/or start of travel), the diagnostic fee is, as a rule, non-refundable, except when the law imperatively imposes a different solution or when there are objective circumstances attributable to Pronto or the Technician that make the minimum service associated with the dispatch unfeasible (for example, unjustified non-attendance without a reasonable attempt at contact).
4.7 Refunds, chargebacks, and reversals: when payment is made through the Platform: (a) refund requests are subject to the conditions communicated at the time of payment and to objective verification of the grounds (e.g., valid cancellation before dispatch, duplicate charge, or non-performance for attributable reasons); (b) payments reversed by chargeback may involve case review, collection of evidence (e.g., scheduling record, dispatch/trip confirmation, contact attempts), and possible need for regularization, to the extent permitted by law; (c) Pronto may refuse refunds when there are reasonable indications of fraud, abuse, or bad faith, without prejudice to the consumer's legal rights.
4.8 Acceptance of quotes on the Portal. Where a Technician's quote is presented to the Client on the Portal, the Client may accept or decline it there. Acceptance by the Client binds the Client, in relation to the Technician, to the price and scope described in the quote that was accepted. Any change in price or scope after acceptance requires a new approval by the Client in accordance with clause 4.1.
4.9 Documents. Payment receipts and other documents issued by Pronto in relation to payments made on the Platform are made available to the Client in the Account, where applicable. The invoice for the Service itself is issued by the Technician, in accordance with clause 3 and clause 4.3. Pronto does not store the full card or other sensitive payment credentials of the Client, which are processed by the payment service provider.
4.10 Good faith. The Client shall not dispute, reverse or refuse in bad faith a payment that is due in respect of a Service that was provided, and shall cooperate with Pronto in good faith in the resolution of any dispute concerning a payment.
5) Cancellations & Rescheduling
The Client agrees to give as much advance notice as possible of any cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and any associated fees are defined by the Technician and may vary depending on the type of service, urgency, time slot, and travel. The Client accepts that these conditions may be communicated by the Technician before the service is provided and that confirmation of the appointment may involve costs for blocking the appointment and travel.
When a diagnostic fee or deposit is paid through the Platform, the handling of cancellations and any refunds follows the conditions presented at the time of payment and, in particular, the no-refund rule after dispatch stipulated in clause 4.6, unless the law imperatively imposes a different solution.
The Client must ensure reasonable access to the location and minimum safety conditions. Access failures, incorrect address, absence at the location, or inability to enter may generate travel/diagnostic costs and/or loss of payments made, when applicable and previously informed.
5.5 Access Instructions and attendance. The Client is responsible for keeping the Access Instructions recorded for each Property accurate and up to date, and for ensuring that a person able to give access is present, or that the access arrangements described in the Access Instructions work, at the time agreed for the visit. A failure of the Access Instructions to allow entry is an access failure for the purposes of clause 5.4.
5.6 Rescheduling through the Portal. Where the Portal offers the possibility of confirming, proposing or changing the time of a visit, doing so does not by itself waive any fee or condition set by the Technician under clause 5.2, and is subject to the Technician's availability.
6) Assessments & Content
By submitting Content (e.g., reviews, photos, videos), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display such Content in connection with the Platform, including service improvement, quality control, and marketing, to the extent permitted by law.
Do not post Content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or that violates the rights of third parties. Do not include personal data of third parties beyond what is strictly necessary.
We may moderate, refuse, remove, or hide Content when reasonably necessary for legal, security, quality, or abuse prevention reasons, without obligation to provide prior notice.
6.4 Warranties of the Client. By submitting Content, the Client declares and warrants that: (a) the Client is the author of the Content or otherwise holds all rights necessary to submit it and to grant the licence in clause 6.1; (b) the Content does not infringe the intellectual property, image, privacy, data protection or any other right of any person; and (c) the Content contains no virus, malicious code or other element capable of harming the Platform or any person.
6.5 Content received through a Reporting Link. Content submitted by a person who uses a Reporting Link is submitted to the Account for which the link was created. The Client who created the Reporting Link is responsible for the Content received through it from the moment it is approved or used by that Client in a Request, and the warranties in clause 6.4 apply to the Client in respect of it.
6.6 Retention. Content is kept in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The licence in clause 6.1 continues, in respect of Content that has already been used or shared in accordance with these Terms, to the extent necessary to keep the records that Pronto is required or entitled to keep.
7) Prohibited conduct
It is prohibited, including but not limited to:
(a) falsifying identity, Request, address, or essential information;
(b) submitting false, abusive Requests or Requests intended to harass third parties;
(c) interfering with the security, integrity, or operation of the Platform, including attempting unauthorized access;
(d) bulk data scraping/extracting, reverse engineering, or circumventing security measures;
(e) using the Platform for illegal, fraudulent purposes or purposes that violate the rights of third parties.
(f) accessing, or attempting to access, any Account, Property, Request,
document or data that is not the Client's own or that the Client is not
authorised to access;
(g) sharing, selling, lending or otherwise making available the credentials
of an Account to any other person;
(h) creating Accounts by automated means, or creating more than one Account
for the purpose of evading a restriction, a suspension or these Terms;
(i) using a Reporting Link, or causing it to be used, to harass, threaten or
mislead any person, or for any purpose other than reporting a genuine
problem at the Property concerned;
(j) harassing, threatening, insulting or abusing Technicians, the Pronto team
or other users, whether through the Platform or otherwise in connection with
a Service.
We reserve the right to restrict access, refuse Requests, or block users when there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
7.3 Consequences. Without prejudice to any other right or remedy, a breach of this clause may result in the immediate suspension or closure of the Account in accordance with clause 21, in the cancellation of Requests that are in progress, and, where the conduct amounts to an offence or may cause damage to a person, in its communication to the competent authorities.
8) Third-party tools and links
The Platform may include links and integrations from third parties (e.g., WhatsApp, Mollie, analytics/advertising services). Such services have their own terms and policies. We do not control third-party services and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, assume no responsibility for unavailability, failures, acts, or omissions of these third parties.
8.2 Sign-in with Google. The Portal allows the Client to sign in, and to create an Account, using a Google account. In that case the Client's use of the Google account is governed by Google's own terms and policies, and Pronto receives from Google only the information described in the Privacy Policy. Pronto is not responsible for the security, availability or suspension of the Client's Google account.
8.3 Links to external sites. Links to external sites are provided for convenience only. Pronto does not endorse, and is not responsible for, the content, products or services of any external site, and the Client accesses it at the Client's own risk.
9) Legal Notices
“As is”: The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee continuous availability, immediate response, immediate dispatch of a Technician, or a specific result.
Services provided by Technicians: Any legal or commercial guarantee relating to the Service provided must be dealt with by the responsible Technician, without prejudice to Pronto being able to provide operational support for clarification and referral.
General information: Information provided on the website or in communications is of a general nature and does not constitute a definitive technical opinion. On-site assessment by the Technician may determine different needs and solutions.
9.4 Emergencies. The Platform is not an emergency service. In a situation involving an imminent risk to life, health or safety, including fire, gas leaks or serious flooding near electrical installations, the Client must first contact the competent emergency services (112) and only then use the Platform.
10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage.
Our total liability, if applicable, is limited to €100 or the fees actually paid in cash for the Order in question (if any), whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including situations where limitation is legally prohibited.
10.4 Technicians and third parties. Without prejudice to clause 10.3, Pronto is not liable for the acts, omissions or defaults of Technicians, which are independent, or of any other third party, including the providers referred to in clause 8, nor for any damage to a Property or to goods or persons resulting from the performance of a Service.
10.5 Consumers. If the Client is a consumer, the limitations in this clause apply only to the extent that they are valid under the mandatory rules for the protection of consumers, which are not affected by these Terms.
10.6 Events beyond control. Pronto is not liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations that is caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including failures of electricity, telecommunications or internet services, failures of third-party providers, acts of authorities, strikes, extreme weather or other force majeure events.
11) Compensation
You indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable fees) arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, legal violation, or violation of third-party rights.
11.2 Scope. The obligation in clause 11.1 includes, in particular, claims arising from false or inaccurate information given by the Client, instructions given without the authority required by clause 17, Content submitted in breach of clause 6, and the use of the Account, or of a Reporting Link, by any person who obtained access to it through the Client's fault.
11.3 Procedure and consumers. Pronto shall notify the Client within a reasonable time of any claim for which it intends to rely on this clause. This clause does not apply to the extent that it would reduce the rights that the law gives to the Client as a consumer.
12) Changes
We may update these Terms for operational, legal, security, or Platform improvement reasons. The applicable version is the one published on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, to the extent permitted by law.
12.2 Version and notice. The version number of these Terms appears at the end of this page. Where a change is significant, Pronto shall inform Account holders by email or on the Portal, with reasonable notice before it takes effect. A Client who does not agree with a change may close the Account in accordance with clause 21.
12.3 Requests already made. A change to these Terms does not affect a Request that was submitted, or a Service that was agreed, before the change took effect, which remain subject to the version that applied when they were made.
13) Applicable law & jurisdiction
Portuguese law applies. Jurisdiction: courts of Porto, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules and applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
13.2 Consumer dispute resolution. A Client who is a consumer may turn to the consumer alternative dispute resolution entities, whose information is available at consumidor.gov.pt, and may make a complaint in the Electronic Complaints Book.
13.3 Amicable resolution. Before bringing any proceedings, the parties shall try in good faith to resolve any dispute amicably, by written notice to the contacts at the end of these Terms. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or from exercising rights that cannot be waived.
Part II — Terms of your Account
Part II applies in addition to Part I to every Client who creates an Account on the Portal. Everything in Part II is specific to the Account and to the Portal.
14) The Account
14.1 Eligibility. An Account may be opened only by a natural person who is of full age and has full legal capacity to enter into contracts, and by a person who acts on behalf of a legal entity with the authority to bind it. An Account is personal and may not be transferred, assigned or sold.
14.2 Profiles. A Client may open an Account for the Client's own home, or as a person who looks after properties for others, such as a short-stay host, a rental manager or the manager of a portfolio of Properties. The profile chosen determines which menus and first page the Portal shows, and may be changed on the Account page.
14.3 Information. To create the Account Pronto asks for the Client's email address, name and telephone number, and for a password or sign-in with a Google account. The Client shall provide true, complete and current information and keep it up to date on the Account page.
14.4 Verification. Pronto sends a code to the email address given, which the Client must enter to confirm it. The telephone number is used so that Pronto and the Technician may contact the Client about quotes, payments and visits, and so that Pronto may recognise Services previously requested by the Client. The email address is the Client's sign-in identifier and may be changed only with Pronto's assistance.
14.5 One Account. The Client shall not hold more than one Account for the same purpose without Pronto's consent.
15) Signing in and security
15.1 Methods. The Client may sign in with the email address and password, or with a Google account. A password must contain at least 12 characters.
15.2 Duties. The Client shall keep the password and any other credential confidential, shall not disclose it to any person, shall sign out when using a shared or public device, and shall inform Pronto immediately if the Client knows or suspects that the Account has been used without authorisation.
15.3 Sessions. A change of password ends the sessions of the Account on all other devices. Pronto may also end a session, or ask the Client to sign in again, for security reasons.
15.4 Responsibility. The Client is responsible for all activity carried out with the Client's credentials, except where it results from a failure of Pronto's own security measures. The Client is solely responsible for the security of the Client's Google account.
15.5 Linking. If a person signs in with a Google account whose email address matches that of an existing Account, Pronto may require the password of that Account before linking the two. Where the email address of an existing Account was never verified, Pronto may treat the verification given by Google as proof of control of that address, replace the password of that Account and end its other sessions.
16) Properties, addresses and Access Instructions
16.1 Accuracy. The Client shall register correct and complete addresses for each Property and keep them up to date.
16.2 Access Instructions. The Client may record Access Instructions for each Property. The Client shall record only the information that the visit requires, and shall not include in them passwords to personal accounts, bank details or any other information that is unrelated to access.
16.3 Authority. The Client declares that the Client is entitled to authorise access to each Property, and that any person named as an on-site contact has been informed that the person may be contacted by Pronto and by Technicians and agrees to it.
16.4 Use. Pronto uses the Access Instructions only to enable the Technician assigned to a Request to carry out the visit and for customer support, and shares them only to the extent necessary for those purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
16.5 Updates. The Client shall update the Access Instructions without delay whenever a code, key, alarm or other arrangement ceases to be valid.
17) Managers and persons acting on behalf of others
17.1 Authority. A Client who uses the Account to look after Properties that are not the Client's own, for example those of owners, tenants or a company, declares that the Client has the authority to submit Requests, to accept quotes and to authorise payments on behalf of those persons.
17.2 Responsibility. The Client answers to Pronto and to Technicians for that authority and for the consequences of acting without it. Pronto is not obliged to verify the authority and may ask the Client to demonstrate it.
17.3 Third-party data. The Client shall ensure that any personal data of other persons that the Client records in the Account, such as the contact details of an owner, a tenant or an on-site contact, is recorded lawfully and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
18) Reporting Links
18.1 Purpose. The Account allows the Client to create a private Reporting Link for a Property. Any person who receives the link may use it to report a problem, with text and photos, without creating an Account. A person who uses a Reporting Link does not see the details of the Account.
18.2 Responsibility for distribution. The Client decides to whom each Reporting Link is given and is responsible for that decision. If the Client considers that a Reporting Link has been shared with a person who should not have it, the Client shall deactivate or replace it as soon as possible, or ask Pronto to do so.
18.3 Review. A report made through a Reporting Link is received in the Account for the Client's review. It becomes a Request only after the Client has reviewed and approved it.
18.4 Rate limits. Pronto may limit the number of reports that may be made through a Reporting Link in a given period, and may refuse reports that appear to be abusive or automated.
19) Portal features and availability
19.1 Features. Depending on the profile, the Portal allows the Client to save Properties and their addresses; to submit Requests and follow them to the end; to see and respond to quotes and follow scheduled visits; to consult receipts, reports and other documents; to see visits in a calendar; to create Reporting Links; and to ask Pronto for help.
19.2 Changes. Pronto may add, change, suspend or withdraw any feature of the Portal, including those described in these Terms, for technical, legal, security or commercial reasons, or to improve the service, without liability to the Client except where the law provides otherwise.
19.3 Availability. The Portal is provided “as is” and “as available”, in accordance with clause 9.1. Pronto may suspend it temporarily for maintenance or for security reasons.
19.4 Intellectual property. The Pronto name and logo, the design and code of the Portal and the texts written by Pronto belong to Pronto or to its licensors. Pronto grants the Client a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Portal for the purpose for which it is intended. The Client shall not copy, modify, distribute or create works derived from the Portal or from its content, except as the law permits.
20) Communications
20.1 Service messages. Pronto sends the Client service messages by email, WhatsApp and SMS, such as the email verification code, updates on a Request, quotes, visits and receipts. These messages are necessary for the operation of the Account and of the Service.
20.2 Marketing. Pronto sends marketing communications to the Client only where the Client has given consent, if the law so requires, and the Client may withdraw consent at any time.
20.3 Contact details. The Client shall keep the Client's telephone number and email address up to date, and accepts that a message sent to them is validly delivered.
21) Suspension, termination and closure of the Account
21.1 By the Client. The Client may ask Pronto to close the Account at any time by writing to privacy@prontosolucoes.pt. Closure takes effect once Pronto has confirmed the identity of the Client and has completed any Request that is in progress or has agreed with the Client how it is to be concluded.
21.2 By Pronto. Pronto may suspend or close the Account, with or without prior notice, where there is a breach of these Terms, a reasonable suspicion of fraud or abuse, a risk to the security of persons, of the Platform or of other Accounts, or a legal obligation. Where possible, Pronto shall inform the Client of the reason.
21.3 Effects. Closure does not affect rights and obligations that have already arisen, including those relating to Requests in progress and to payments that are due. After closure, personal data is treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and Pronto may keep the records that the law requires or that are necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
21.4 Survival. Clauses 4, 6, 10, 11, 13 and 23, and any other provision that by its nature is intended to survive, remain in force after closure.
22) Personal data
SUKARIME KALIKIO, UNIPESSOAL, LDA is the controller of the personal data processed in connection with the Account. The Privacy Policy explains what data is processed, for what purposes and on what legal bases, with whom it is shared, for how long it is kept, and how the Client may exercise the rights that the law gives the Client.
23) General provisions
23.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force, and the invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that comes as close as possible to its purpose.
23.2 No waiver. A failure or delay by Pronto in exercising a right does not constitute a waiver of it.
23.3 Assignment. Pronto may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to a company that continues the operation of the Platform. The Client may not assign the Client's rights or obligations without Pronto's prior written consent.
23.4 Entire agreement. These Terms and the documents referred to in clause 2.6 constitute the entire agreement between Pronto and the Client in relation to the Portal and replace any earlier understanding on the same subject.
23.5 Notices. Notices from Pronto to the Client may be given by email to the address of the Account, by message to the telephone number of the Account, or on the Portal. Notices from the Client to Pronto shall be sent to the contacts below.
23.6 Language. These Terms are available in Portuguese and in English. In the event of a difference between the two versions, the Portuguese version prevails.
